LLC, is currently accepting applications for a variety of business
opportunities via a Request for Proposals (RFP) model. The winning
contract for each business opportunity noted below will be awarded
based on several specific criteria. For example, under the Workbooks section,
applicants should have previous experience in creating workbooks
for corporate and individual use and sample(s) of previous work(s).
Applicants should also have well-established distribution channels.
Compensation for each idea and RFP submitted will be determined based
upon previous track record and the quality of the final completed
work. Work will need to be started at the beginning of the 1st quarter,
and the final work will need to coincide with the book's release
in June 2009. There will be further opportunities after the release
of the book as well, and we will continue to use the RFP model for
subsequent ideas.

Workbook Series: The Rudolph Factor workbook series should complement the book and
be able to follow and facilitate learning and understanding of
each chapter. The workbooks will be used for various purposes including
but not limited to individual, small businesses and large corporations.
Audio CD Series: The Rudolph Factor Audio CD series will need to include an unabridged
and companion CD. The unabridged CD will need to be narrated in
a way that captivates the audience and creates a clear visual image
in the listener’s mind. The companion CD should lay the foundation
for the book as well as the building blocks that make up the Rudolph
Factor system.
Gift Program: The Rudolph Factor Gift Program will include several unique and original
book-related items (trinkets). Appropriate licensing and agreements
will be necessary. All gift ideas will need to stay within copyright
and intellectual property rights.
Syndicated Column The Rudolph Factor Syndicated Column will need to be distributed
through several media channels and mediums. Previous experience
is preferred. Content will need to target business innovation,
leadership development, process improvement strategies and performance
management issues on a regular basis without becoming repetitive.
Speaking Engagements: We are actively seeking opportunities for Rudolph Factor speaking
engagements at domestic and international conferences, presentations
to large corporations as well as small to mid-sized organizations.

Corporate Training Programs: We are seeking a strategic relationship(s) with an experienced and
established company that solicits, implements, and conducts corporate
training for organizations with a minimum of 500 employees, domestic
or international. Requirements include a successful track record
and references to past clients, sample curriculum for review, and
a licensing agreement with Rudolph People. LLC.
Consulting Programs: The Rudolph Factor Consulting Program will work on the packaging
and delivering of consulting services to companies with a minimum
of 500 employees, domestic or international. Requirements include
past experience with references and completion of a licensing agreement
with Rudolph People, LLC.
